Our Institution`s Founder the renowned Management Guru Late Dr. T.N. Chaudhary had been FIRST Management Teacher in Bihar. A Management Specialist: First Class career from Matriculation to triple Master`s degrees in (i) Labour & Social Welfare (Patna), (ii) Public Administration (Delhi), (iii) Business Administration (USA); Ph.D on First Civil Services General Strike in July, 1960 in India; Guided Ph.D. on Employee Relations in Govt. of India since Independence ; taught Labour Relations, Labour Laws, Personnel Management and Organisation Behaviour at L.N. Mishra College of Business Management, Muzaffarpur - being its Head of Deptt. of Human Resource Management. Made special study of Industrial Relations Laws and situation in Jammu & Kashmir 55 years ago.

He had been Specialised in Industrial Relations, Organisation Behaivour, Business & Labour Laws and Public Personnel Administration; over 50 years Post-Graduate teaching experience at University of Bhagalpur and Bihar; Ph.D. Examiner, Paper Setter and Moderator in 8 Universities in Bihar, U.P. and Orissa; Completed over 300 Project guidance, wrote 35 critical articles on Management and Administration; propounded `CHAUDHARY`S LAW OF DECLINING EMPLOYMENT`. Participated in 48 National Conferences, Faculty member in 5 Summer Institutes of UGC for subject teacher in Labour & Social Welfare, Economics, Personnel Management & Commerce.

He held Senior Scholarship of IIPA, New Delhi; FULBRIGHT (U.S. Govt.) Scholarship; Conferred Honorary Life Membership of Sigma Iota Epsilon (Management Fraternity, USA); Recipient of Manger`s Key (award) of South West, USA; Record breaking First Foreign Student at Texas Tech University (USA); Recipient of Honorary Fellowship of Indian Institute of Business Management, Awarded Life Time Achievement Award for Distinguished Contribution to Management Education in Bihar State by Indian Institute of Training & Development (New Delhi) at Patna.

He had been Founder of Student of India Club at Lubbock (Texas, USA), three Inter Colleges; and the Institute of Administrative Studies at Muzaffarpur recognised by Bihar Government & AICTE, Govt of India.

He had been Honorary Chairman of Rajni Ranjan Sahu Centre for Business Administration; also of Forum for Administrative Reforms & 1 Info-Management Solutions (P) Ltd. Muzaffarpur; Honorary PROFESSOR OF INDUSTRIAL SAFETY MANAGEMENT. Honorary Secretary-cum-Director of College of Management Studies (under MMHAP Univ, Patna). Chairman of College of Management & Technology, Muzaffarpur. He had been Founder Chairman of Muzaffarpur Branch of Indian Institiute of Public Administration (New Delhi). He had been Governing Body Chairman of Four Colleges, Vice President of aforesaid Institute, Formerly Senator of Bihar University, Ex-Director of Entrepreneurship Development Programme of Govt. of Bihar; Chief Editor of bilingual-quarterly `Prashasanikee`. His hobby was Journalism having been Correspondent of `The Searchlight` & `University Times;, and freelancer.

He had been Great Institution builder, man of imagination and diversification besides a crusader for social justice, academic reforms, dynamic working of Public Institutions; for upholding ethical values and dignity of citizenship. A creative personality and administrative expert widely traveled in India and abroad, coming of a reputed family from Muzaffarpur Town, Professor Chaudhary was an esteemed social worker, an effective teacher, greter orator, popular for the cause of the downtrodden; fearless and still affectionate to educationists and political leaders across the party level.

He had been LIFE MEMBER of Management Fraternity (SIGMA IOTA EPSILON) of USA; Indian Society of Labour Economics, Indian Institute of Public Administration; North Bihar Productivity Council and Associate of National Institute of Personnel Management, National Safety Council; and connected with several professional and social organizations, International Industrial Relations Association, Geneva (ILO) SWITZERLAND.
